真正寻找自己的“现代”之路
———从历史平台对中国报告文学写作的回望

摘  要: 百年中国历史就是一部现代性的追寻史。中国报告文学文体从其言说对象及其文体面貌中所折射出来的内涵意蕴,都传达出对以现代性为核心的时代精神的深度整合与互动,凸显中国报告文学文体的前沿性,这体现于形象启蒙与内涵构筑、民族救亡与国家图存两大主题中对现代性的追寻,以及对与悖逆现代性主旨的“野蛮”的追逐、“灰色”社会风尚、二元结构失衡等社会症状的反思与批判。由此,报告文学成为20世纪中国文坛上引领时代精神气质的主流文体,成为名符其实的体现科学发展观的“时代文体”。

Looking for the“modern”road
———Introspection to the Chinese reportage

Abstract: The history of China in th 20thcentury is the one in pursuit of modernity. The deeper meaning of Chinese Reportage reflected both in the narrating object and the appearance of style indicates the high-level conformity and interaction of spirit of age whose core is exactly modernity. It also shows the advancement of the style. All the implications are embodied in the pursuit of modernity between the themes—the enlightenment of image and the establishment of meaning, the independence of people and the development of nation—and also embodied in the reflection and criticism of social problems such as the pursuit of“savage” which is contrary to the modernity, the“gray”social fashion, and the unbalance of two-element structure, etc. So, the reportage develops into one of the main-stream styles in the literary circle in China, which can be called“time style”considering it is the embodiment of spirit of age.
