创新合作伙伴资源异质性对创新绩效的影响研究——基于系统动力学的建模与仿真

摘  要: 基于资源基础理论,将创新合作伙伴之间的资源异质性划分为组织资源异质性和网络资源异质性,构建了组织资源异质性和网络资源异质性及二者协同效应影响创新绩效的系统动力学模型,并运用Vensim PLE进行仿真和灵敏度分析。结果显示:组织资源异质性和网络资源异质性对创新绩效具有正向影响,二者的协同效应对创新绩效的影响呈倒U型。揭示了创新合作伙伴资源异质性对创新绩效影响的内在规律,并为企业选择创新合作伙伴提供了一定的理论指导。

On the influence of resource heterogeneity of innovative partner on innovation performance: Based on modeling and simulation of system dynamics

Abstract: Based on the resource base theory, the paper divides resource heterogeneity of innovative partners into organizational resource heterogeneity and network resource heterogeneity, constructs the system dynamics model of the influence of organizational resource heterogeneity and network resource heterogeneity and their synergistic effect on innovation performance, and conducts simulation and sensitivity analysis by using Vensim PLE. The results show that both heterogeneity of organizational resources and heterogeneity of network resources exert positive effects on innovation performance, but the synergistic effect of the two has an inverse U-shaped effect on the innovation performance. This paper reveals the inherent law of the influence of resource heterogeneity of innovation partner on innovation performance, and provides some theoretical guidance for enterprises to choose innovation partners.
